Why Renewable Energy?

Environmental scientists have calculated that 130 billion tons of CO2 is emitted into the atmosphere every year.

Our world consumes 120 billion tons of it with the help of forests and oceans. It is accepted that CO2 accumulation in the atmosphere has reached approximately 850 billion tons as of today. The main reason why the average temperature of our world has increased by 0.5 C in the last century is the increase in CO2 emission. Carbon derivative fuels and other pollutants that will create industrial greenhouse gases have caused climate and environmental degradation by creating a greenhouse effect on the earth.

Climate change and environmental degradation are also a priority problem area for the European Union, to which our country is a candidate. Established to overcome this problem, the European Union Green Agenda (European Green Deal) aims to zero greenhouse gas emissions in the European Union by 2050. While pursuing this goal, it aims that the transition period to Renewable Energy sources should be fair and inclusive for all.
